Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Deaf

Seeking rescue or adopter in northeastern US between MD and New England. Sampson led a neglected life before coming into ARTBAR's care. He had some medical issues when he arrived, most of which have been resolved. A life of ear infections with no treatment lead to him being mostly deaf. He's around 9-10 years old and weighs about ... (Read More)35 lb. For application, please visit http://artbar.petfinder.com (Less)
